CANCELLATION POLICY
Each rider canceling tent service more than 90 days before the Padre's check-in date will receive a full refund, less $100 per person.
Each rider canceling tent service 30 to 90 days before the Padre's check-in date will receive a full refund, less $200 per person.
Riders canceling tent service less than 30 days before the first day of the ride will receive no refund.
Each rider canceling shuttle service more than 90 days before the Padre's check-in date will receive a full refund, less $100 per person.
Each rider canceling shuttle service 30 to 90 days before the Padre's check-in date will receive a full refund, less $200 per person.
Riders canceling shuttle service less than 30 days before the first day of the ride will receive no refund.
TRIP INSURANCE
We strongly encourage you to use trip insurance, in case something unexpectedly comes up preventing you from attending the event. Trip insurance is available through a variety of agencies, including:

LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
Tickets can be transferred by the purchaser at no cost, up to 30 days before the event. To do this, go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" and change the registrant information. Changes made to attendee names less than 30 days from the date of check-in will incur a $50 change fee.
